Project Diamond aims to become the next entertainment destination in Las Vegas by consolidating a professional NBA arena, a temperature-controlled 100K-seat entertainment venue, and a 2,500-key resort at the south of the Strip. Planned as the largest temperature-controlled concert venue in America, with a Net-0 carbon target.
